Gate Operations and Status

Currently in Operation

Our automatic gate is a computerized unit that provides many features for our residents

Kiosk Features

  • Alphabetical listing of residents
  • Auto call feature (When someone calls you from the kiosk you can automatically open the gate by pressing "9"
  • Allows entry of public and private code to open the gate (The codes are a 4 digit code preceeded by the "3" character)

Programmable Features

  • Wireless remote device for opening the gate (Clickers)
  • Programmed hold gate open times
  • Special public codes for vendors and contractors
  • Full transactions of when the gate was opened and by which codes.
 

Operations

The gate is programmed to be held open on the following schedule

  • Monday through Friday 7AM - 7PM
  • Saturday and Sunday 10AM - 7PM
     
 

Kiosk
To request a changes to your entry in the kiosk contact the Gate Manager.

Clickers (Wireless remotes)
Contact the Treasurer to puchase a clicker.

Passcodes
To request a passcode contact the Gate Manager.
